A licensed real estate and stock agent and accredited auctioneer in Queensland, Northern Territory and New South Wales, Phillip has established a strong reputation for delivering outcomes in rural property and agribusiness transactions. Since commencing with Elders Rural Services in September 2024, he has acted as lead agent on an extensive range of high-value and complex sales, achieving exceptional results across Queensland.

Based on Queensland’s Darling Downs, Phillip combines deep knowledge of the rural property market with practical expertise across the livestock, grains, and cotton industries throughout Eastern Australia. He is recognised as a skilled communicator and relationship manager, with a proven ability to navigate sensitive negotiations and deliver effective sales and marketing campaigns supported by strong client endorsements.
